Job Summary
All Honors students complete the Honors Mindset Seminar as their first Honors Learning Experience in the Fall semester to which they have been admitted to the Honors Program. This one credit hour course meets for an hour and a half once a week for 16 weeks. Topics include: The Dimensions of Honors Learning theories and strategies of learning and goal setting.
The Honors Program seeks to build a pool of nontenure track instructor applicants to be drawn from during theacademic year. Applications are accepted and reviewed as vacancies become available. There may not be an actual vacancy at the time you apply.

Salary Rate / Pay Rate
For a nonterminal degree $400 per month based on Part Time Equivalent for a 1credit hour course. For a terminal degree $440 per month based on Part Time Equivalent for a 1credit hour course.
Required Qualifications
1. Masters degree or higher
2. State law mandates demonstrable oral proficiency in the English language as a requirement for this position.
