How can you leave your mark
For Bureau Veritas Italy company we are looking for a Structural Supervisor for a 3year wind project.
Responsibilities:
- To verify correct application of Project agreed procedures
- Supervision of correct application of welding requirements (Weld parameters WPS preheating etc.
- To verify design drawings and construction drawings in fabrication
- To verify fabrications compliance as requested in different ITPs
- To prepare and coordinate a weekly inspections planning (H W M)
- To monitor and cross NDT inspections performed (VI UT MPI etc.
- To audit fabrication and quality process if requested
- To report all weekly progress in quality also to check progress provided by Subcontractor
- To monitor control and improve KPIs stablished
- Attending DOSA points of presence (H W M) indicated in ITPs
- Confirm documentation / work done prior to attend notified inspection
- Followup and closure of LOP (faults) issued by either party
- To update and control LOP (Fault system) to be used DALUX SUB internal IFRs NCR.
- To report quality issues observed during the followup / monitoring
- This person would report directly to the DOSA site manager located in the workshops and in copy to DOSA Quality.
- To verify the correct calibration of equipment and machines.
- To verify the qualification of welders and their correct use.
- Correct use of provisional material Correcto uso de material temporal
- Document revision (procedures requested by Certifier AOS SUB)
- Tool box talks attendance
Requirements:
- Minimum experience as Visual Inspector 5 years
- Qualification Level II as per DIN EN 9712 or similar
- English level B2 (no need to be certified)
Work Location: San Giorgio di Nogaro (Friuli Venezia Giulia)
