Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Supervisor to manage and oversee all structural construction activities on-site. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of structural works experience in supervising site teams and the ability to ensure project timelines and safety standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all structural works including formwork rebar concreting and steel structures
Ensure execution as per approved drawings specifications and method statements
Coordinate with structural engineers subcontractors and other departments to maintain smooth workflow
Monitor site progress manpower allocation and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Conduct inspections and ensure quality control of materials and workmanship
Maintain site documentation daily reports and ensure project timelines are met
Troubleshoot site issues and implement effective solutions
Enforce site discipline safety rules and good housekeeping practices
Essential Qualifications
Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Certification in construction safety or site supervision (preferred)
Skills Required
In-depth knowledge of structural drawings codes and construction techniques
Ability to supervise large workforces and coordinate with various stakeholders
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Good communication and reporting abilities
Familiarity with structural inspection and quality control procedures
