This role will work on expanding lead management globally and integrating it with multiple partner teams. They will also build a measurable pipeline in coordination with sales operations and Marketing to better measure lead generation value. They will work on the Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy for our top customers.
Key job responsibilities
Our environment is fastpaced and requires someone who is highly enthusiastic flexible detailoriented analytical and comfortable working with multiple teams in a complex space. Key responsibilities include:
* Maintain WW lead generation funnel as well as drive pipeline reporting and optimization.
* Gather detailed business requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders (marketing tech teams etc.
* Identify develop and implement scalable solutions for improved lead gen routing.
* Develop and execute on new ideas (project plans collaborations with internal and external teams)
* Collaborate closely with technical teams marketing stakeholders and international counterparts to deliver global solutions
* Leverage automation to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at rapid pace
5 years of program or project management experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
Bachelors degree
2 years of driving process improvements experience
Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
