Job Description
Location: Petaluma CA
Pay Rate: $46/hr (W2) $50/hr (1099)
- Shift: Day shift 5x8-hour shifts (07:00 15:30)
- Additional Coverage: 1 2 PM shifts per week (start at 15:00)
- On-Call:
- One night call per week
- Every 2nd or 3rd Saturday or Sunday (24-hour on-call)
- 30-minute response time required

- Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend on-call (Saturday OR Sunday)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of recent surgical tech experience
- Required: Extensive experience in Orthopedic procedures

- Certifications:
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Required

- Patient Age Groups: Adolescents Adults Geriatrics
- Daily OR Census: 15 25 procedures/day
- Number of OR Rooms: 3
- General Surgery: Appendectomy cholecystectomy colon resections hernia repairs thyroidectomy Whipple etc.
- Gynecology: Hysterectomies D&C laparoscopy vulvectomy
- Orthopedics: ACL repair arthroscopy open/closed fracture repair total joint replacements laminectomy spinal fusion
- Podiatry: Ankle fusion bunionectomy
- Urology: Cystoscopy nephrectomy prostatectomy
- Endoscopic Procedures: EGD colonoscopy bronchoscopy PEG tube placement
- Robotic Surgery: Orthopedic robotics
- Required:
- Stryker Power tools scopes cameras towers
- Arthrex equipment
- Orthopedic positioning devices
