Studio 483 Architects is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant will be responsible for leading and coordinating work tasks at the local office.

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for leading and coordinating work tasks at the local office.
Principal Responsibilities
Follow and promote administrative standards
Maintain confidentiality of project/client corporate and employee matters
Attend and actively contribute to group meetings
Demonstrate leadership while supervising and directing administrative staff in designated office
Arrange meetings/travel as needed for team/office
Exhibits problem solving and initiative when working with team
Ensure smooth operation of designated office
Managing general officewide communications
Processing invoices related to the overall local office management
Required Skills/Abilities
Ability to multitask
Ability to work with staff of all levels
Proven selfstarter
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word Excel and Outlook
Strong customer service orientation coupled with the ability to exhibit and maintain a positive attitude
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels
Proven ability to identify and resolve challenges efficiently
Demonstrated high level of professionalism
Exhibit problem solving
Proven ability to drive process improvements
Strong leadership skills
Education and Experience
High School Diploma/GED
Associate Degree preferred
4 years of experience minimum 6 preferred in administration
Deltek Vantagepoint and QuickBooks preferred
American Institute of Architects (AIA) Documents a plus

Salary Range $50000.00 $60000.00. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant. In addition Studio 483 provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage an employee wellness program life and disability insurance a retirement savings plan paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
