About the Role
We are looking for an Online Reputation Department Assistant to join our team in Palma. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests experience. If you are proactive customer-oriented and motivated by challenges we want to meet you.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to online reviews.
- Prepare online reputation reports.
- Update hotel content on various online channels.
- Support functions for the Guest Relations OTAs department (pre-stay messaging).

- Previous experience in international hotel chains.
