How will you make an impact
Our interns are matched to projects based on their abilities and current business needs. All projects will have significant strategic and/or operating importance to the business to which they are assigned.
This internship will support the Digital Marketing Team for the BioProduction Group. The BioProduction Group leads the industry in bioprocess innovation. We enable our customers with groundbreaking technologies and optimized processes so that they can focus on getting lifesaving biological therapies to the patients who need them.
Projects may include responsibilities such as:
- Learning about audience strategy web content optimization SEO and other digital fundamentals to help optimize digital channels for critical business objectives
- Supporting the deployment of digital marketing plans for required projects across all 3 BioProduction Group Divisions ensuring timely of all marketing tactics and activities in your respective area.
- Apply customer journey mapping to develop campaigns across Awareness Consideration and Decision stages
- Help draft and edit ad copy
- Implement ads across multiple channels including Google Meta and LinkedIn
- Continuously introducing new and/or improved marketing communication channels to our capabilities.
- Collaborating with Digital Marketing Specialists to optimize campaigns and develop reports.
Start Date: This internship is set to begin on either May 12th or June 16th 2025 for a duration of 1012 weeks dependent upon student availability per academic calendars.
Compensation & Relocation: Our undergraduate Marketing internships offer an hourly rate between $18.50 $24.50 dependent upon the location you are supporting (aligned to respective costofliving guidelines). Additionally a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5000 if necessary. Student must be located 50 miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend.
How will you get here
- Undergraduate student completing a Marketing or Businessrelated degree between December 2025 and June 2026.
- 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred.
- Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity innovation involvement and intensity.
- Energized through championing change driven in getting results and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Experience using computer applications such as MS Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.

To qualify applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and should not require sponsorship (current or future) for employment visa status. Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $17.00$27.50.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company team and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
