Were looking for a motivated and organized recruiter to help us find and hire great people. In this role youll be the first person applicants interact with ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the start. Youll work closely with the Director of Employee Development the Recruiting Manager and hiring managers.
Your main responsibilities will be reviewing applications conducting screening calls scheduling interviews and keeping candidates updated throughout the process. The hiring manager will make the final decision but youll be there to support them and keep everything running smoothly. Once someone is hired youll hand them off to other members of our team for onboarding and orientation.
More about You:
Experience & Education: We value experience so if you have 20 years of related experience thats great! Were also very good at training new recruits and are willing to invest in a select number of promising earlycareer candidates with the right attitude and ambition. Depending on the exact role technical and engineering degrees may be desired but not required.
Pay: Starting range is $20$30/hour depending on experience. Plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
