CohenEsrey has an exciting opportunity for an experiencedrecruiterwho specializes in property management hiring. This position will beremotewith occasional travel to nearby properties in Colorado. This position will join a team of amazing HR professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service to the company and team members.

TheRecruiterposition is responsible for searching for screening and selling candidates for our open positions. They will work closely with our HR Team Members and Hiring Managers.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all recruitment and hiring practices for assigned positions.
  • Collaborate and followup with management throughout the hiring process.
  • Screen interview and schedule/coordinate interviews for hiring managers.
  • Answer candidate questions and provide benefit specifics as part of the total compensation package.
  • Stay on top of industry and market trends to ensure that CohenEsrey is represented well.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 2 years of significant and direct experience in recruiting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking System.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting in the multifamily industry.
  • Experience recruiting for maintenance positions.
  • Experience with Paycor (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or another businessrelated field.
Compensation* $plus KPI incentives
*Final agreedupon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
