Key Responsibilities:

Manage the endtoend recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding.

Conduct reference checks to ensure the quality of candidates.

Perform new employee orientations ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

Conduct exit interviews and manage employee status changes.

Maintain clear accurate and organized candidate records.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Follow established guidelines and best practices for talent acquisition.
What Were Looking For:

A bachelors degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.

Knowledge of recruitment concepts practices and procedures.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
