Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle building strong talent pipelines and delivering highquality candidates to our global clients. You must have a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates across multiple sectors with particular experience in foreign language support BPO FinTech or startup environments.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of fullcycle recruitment experience
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Psychology or a related field
- Understanding of international hiring practices and compliance
- Demonstrated success recruiting in BPO foreign language support FinTech or startup sectors
- Strong sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized detailoriented and resultsdriven
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and vacancies simultaneously
- Comfortable working remotely and independently
- Familiarity with ATS systems
- Ability to work across various time zones and with international clients
Responsibilities
- Manage endtoend recruitment processes: sourcing screening interviewing coordinating interviews and closing offers
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies
- Build and manage talent pipelines for highdemand and niche roles
- Source candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter job boards and networking channels
- Provide market insights salary benchmarking and hiring recommendations to clients
- Maintain accurate candidate records using our applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience
- Stay uptodate on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices
