Job Description
As a Technical Support Representative you will troubleshoot and resolve internet and voice service issues ensuring seamless connectivity for customers. Using multiple communication channels you ll provide expert assistance while maintaining compliance with telecommunications regulations. This role demands technical expertise strong problemsolving skills and a customerfirst mindset to deliver exceptional service.

Work Setup: Hybrid SM Megatower Ortigas (Onsite once a week)
Your Daily Tasks
- Perform service qualification checks using advanced webbased applications.
- Troubleshoot internet and voice service issues including technologies such as FTTN/X FTTP/H FTTC FTTB HFC Fixed Wireless Mobile 3G/4G LTE home wireless broadband ADSL PSTN and VoIP.
- Assist new clients with internet setup and provide expert recommendations.
- Communicate with customers via inbound and outbound calls chat and email.
- Use knowledge base tools to research solutions and provide accurate timely responses.
- Document customer interactions needs and troubleshooting steps in the CRM or tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with Australian telecom regulations when assisting customers.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum of 1 year of technical support experience in an international telecommunications account.
- Customer service experience in a BPO setting may be considered especially with exposure to technical support.
- Live web chat support experience is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assist customers clearly and professionally.
- Basic knowledge of computer networking including theories concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with email clients smartphone email configurations and common troubleshooting steps.
- Bachelor s degree or college undergraduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fastpaced environment and work extended hours when necessary.
- Willing to work onsite at Megatower Ortigas.
- Availability to start on April 7.
