Job Description
We are looking for a smart motivated and collaborative individual to provide outofthisworld administrative assistance to Project Kuiper. As a Legal Assistant you will be a key member of the stellar Legal team supporting Project Kuiper. The successful candidate will be detailoriented organized and able to effectively prioritize their work to meet the teams velocity. The candidate will possess a high level of professionalism integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
Although work will vary responsibilities in the orbit of our Legal Assistant will include establishing mechanisms for knowledge sharing preparing status reports assisting with budget tracking and coordinating other legal and administrative matters.
This position will be based in Arlington VA (HQ2 Earth.
Export Control Requirement:
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
1 years of professional or military experience
2 years of administrative assistant experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications

Experience working proactively and independently meeting deadlines and delivering on projects and tasks
Experience in a technology company or other legal experience
