Job Description
Department: Legal AM / Manager
Job Location: Prayagraj / Allahabad
Required Education LLM / LLB
Required Experience - 10 12 yrs yrs Min
Key responsibilities
- Assisting the Plant team in all Legal matters related to Plant;
- Working on mines mineral environment laws & land laws;
- Drafting Agreements; purchase orders bank guarantees petitions applications; replies to demand/show-cause notices bid documents etc;
- Having exposure in handling Litigations;
- Liaising with Lawyers & keeping regular updates of legal matters;
- Liaising with government authorities as & when required;
- On-the-job exposure on industrial and labour laws;
- Managing all the Litigations of the plant & close coordination with all the advocates on all matters;
- To handle Writ Petition labour-related matters Civil & Criminal Suits;
- Adequate knowledge of Statutory Compliance required at the plant;
- Working on Land acquisition & land related matters;
Provide support in mining Laws and other related issues
Special Skill /Training
- Bachelors degree in Law/Masters in Law;
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar legal role in a company /reputed Law Firm;
- Having adequate knowledge & on the job exposure on mining law environment laws land laws Labour Laws Contracts statutory compliances;
- Litigation Management Skill;
- On the job exposure of managing Writ Petition Labour related matters Civil & Criminal Suits;
- On the job exposure on mining Laws and other related issues;
- On the job contract Management skill;
- Required Knowledge on Land acquisition & land related matters;
