Amazon is looking for a Senior Program Manager to plan and execute transportation supply chain initiatives in the Americas with a primary focus on Canada market. This is a highly visible role with focus on transportation network planning and continuous improvement. The role will lead cadence driven of planning workflows cross functional initiatives for improving network performance manage resources and risk steer key decisions and drive implementation. Stakeholders include senior leaders at Amazon technology and nontechnology partner teams as well as external vendors and partners.
Key job responsibilities Lead crossfunctional workflows driving S&OP and mid/long term plan. Analyze upstream business metrics used as inputs and use sound forecasting approaches to produce detailed plan for business in Canada network. Capture insights from business into future plans and improve plan accuracy flexibility and resiliency Develop functional requirements (tech and nontech) localized for country specific compliance. Build tools and processes to continuously improve plan KPIs. Liaise directly with senior leadership to provide insights from deep dives build recommendations and drive timely decisions.

In collaboration with partner networks the team builds plans covering short (Running 12Week) and long term (up to 5 Year) time horizon. The team is also responsible for continuous improvements in the tools and process used to raise the bar on accuracy flexibility and resiliency.
5 years of program or project management experience Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership Bachelors degree in supply chain business engineering finance or related technical or quantitative field
2 years of driving process improvements experience Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
