The Global Fleet and Products (GFP) organization is responsible for building and managing the Amazon Last Mile Fleet. This team is looking for a Program Manager Amazon Fleet Manager (AFM) to ensure our fleet remains the worlds safest and most efficient in the world. This role will be the eyes and ears on the ground at Amazon Delivery Stations: driving daily tactical of fleetrelated tasks and assisting partner teams with the operationalization of crossfunctional projects and programs. This role will interact daily with onsite station leadership and Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to drive key initiatives for the GFP Fleet team. A successful candidate thrives in roles with significant visibility from crossfunctional stakeholders can autonomously deliver results and influence without authority.
Key job responsibilities * Onsite field support for a delivery station owning station level support and escalations in the field. * Comfortable driving KPIs (i.e. compliance and safety metrics) with internal and external stakeholders. * Work autonomously in an ambiguous environment and provide daily tactical feedback to other leaders in the organization. * Partner with Amazon Operations leaders DSPs Regional Fleet Managers (RFMs) and Corporate program teams to drive adherence to business goals and initiatives. * Engage Operations and DSP teams on standard work and best practices and maintain accountability to Fleet standards with instation presence vehicle safety audits and coaching. * Coordinate with third party companies to ensure Best in Class service is provided to Amazon Fleet. * Comfortable operating remotelythis role is field support may not be colocated with your manager. Travel for this role may be up to 25 at times.
2 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience 2 years of program or project management experience Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams Bachelors degree
