Are you passionate about supporting fathers to create safer and healthier relationships with their families Kids First Australia is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to be part of our Caring Dads Program helping fathers take accountability shift behaviours and improve outcomes for children and families.

Your New Role

As a Case Manager in the Caring Dads Program you will deliver individual traumainformed support to fathers who have used family violence. Working alongside group facilitators you will develop tailored intervention plans conduct risk assessments and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure safety and lasting change. This role blends case management and counselling helping men understand the impact of their behaviours while connecting them with vital support services.

About You

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • A tertiary qualification in social work psychology or a related field.
  • 3 years experience working with individuals who use violence in traumainformed practice or risk management.
  • Strong knowledge of family violence frameworks and intervention strategies.
  • Expertise in behaviour change approaches motivational interviewing and deescalation techniques.
  • Ability to develop comprehensive case plans and liaise with internal and external partners to improve outcomes.
