Job Description
As a Care Compliance Auditor you will ensure adherence to Franchise Standards and CQC regulations by identifying noncompliant activities documents or recordkeeping. You will promptly report compliance gaps to management and oversee action plans to resolve issues ensuring highquality care services meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Your Daily Tasks
- Identify noncompliant activities documents or recordkeeping practices.
- Review daily notes and flag issues requiring Field Care Supervisors (FCS) attention.
- Identify and address missed tasks to maintain care standards.
- Check medication eMARs for compliance.
- Review and update care plans to reflect current needs.
- Oversee training and staff matching for new care professionals.
- Conduct daily scheduling reconciliations and alert the Operations Manager/Accounts of concerns.
- Assess CQC inspection readiness monthly focusing on indexed documents.
- Conduct rolling compliance audits based on Franchise Standards.
- Report weekly to Field Care Supervisors who escalate issues to management.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 35 years of experience in care auditing compliance quality assurance or a similar role preferably in the health or social care sector.
- Strong knowledge of care regulations compliance standards and medication guidelines (training provided).
- Proficiency in care management systems (People Planner training provided) and IT tools including Microsoft Office and virtual communication platforms.
- Excellent attention to detail accuracy and written English for documentation and reporting.
- Strong organizational prioritization and multitasking skills with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining compliance.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Resilient analytical and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
