Schedule:
Morning shift 3:pm12:00am Monday to Friday
What youll do:
- Handle all drivers that arrive at our Terminal (Inhouse and Interline) as a Driver Checkin
- Route stamp and enter all shipments that arrive at Terminal
- Prepare all Linehaul Trips and Manifests for all Carriers departing the Terminal (CP Intermodal overtheroad carriers)
- Perform various clerical duties
- Maintain and follow Canadas Dangerous Goods regulations for all means of Transportation. (training will be provided)
- Perform other duties as required.
Must Haves:
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Must be bilingual in French and English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- English language proficiency both written and oral is required
- Good computer literacy including MS Office
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to organize schedule and follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of transportation/container industry beneficial
