Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage calendar of the Directors and Producer assist in navigation of daily schedule needs and identify priorities
- Maintain consistent awareness of production timeline statuses deadlines
- Coordinate meetings and communicate priorities with team members studio and external contacts
- Arrange physical and/or virtual conference details issue meeting invitations coordinate agendas and materials
- Maintenance of databases and spreadsheet tracking filing assembly of presentation materials
- Screen and respond to incoming calls and correspondence
- Attend meetings and notetake timely distribution to appropriate parties following
- Research tasks and assembly of materials as needed
- Timely collection and distribution of crew timesheets to production finance
- Track and submit invoices and expense reports
- Arrange detailed travel plans and itineraries compile travel documentation
- Note taking as needed
- Other ad hoc duties as needed
Requirements
- At least 1year as assistant or PA within entertainment; experience at animation studio a plus; agency experience a plus
- Desire to grow within animation production
- Proficient with MS Office & Google Suites Photoshop & Keynote a plus
- Excellent problemsolving skills attention to detail and followthrough
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously prioritize workload and meet deadlines under pressure
- Excellent written verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to professionally interface with team studio at large Executives and external contacts
- High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information
- Knowledge of creative production postproduction processes and related workflows a plus
