Our client is looking for an experienced Dealer Network Development Manager to take ownership of the strategic growth and performance of our dealer network. This is a key role that focuses on expanding our footprint improving dealer performance and ensuring consistent standards across the network.
What youll be doing:
- Identify new market opportunities and plan for dealership growth in line with business goals
- Lead the selection and onboarding of new dealerships
- Monitor performance across the dealer network addressing underperformance where needed
- Conduct regular audits and make sure dealerships meet brand service and operational standards
- Analyse market data and trends to support longterm network planning
- Build strong relationships with dealers and act as a central point of contact for support and collaboration
- Guide and support dealers on operational improvements training and customer experience
- Work closely with dealers to ensure financial sustainability and profitability
- Manage dealer agreements renewals and compliance with corporate policies
What were looking for:
- A bachelors degree in Business Marketing Sales or a related field (MBA is a plus)
- 810 years experience in the automotive industry
- 35 years experience specifically in dealer network development or a similar role
- Solid understanding of dealership operations sales performance and customer service delivery
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into action
- Confident communicator with excellent relationshipbuilding and negotiation skills
- Able to manage multiple stakeholders and work crossfunctionally
