Job Description
Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to remote and inoffice employees via phone email and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues for both inoffice and remote workers.
- Set up and manage devices VPNs and network connectivity for remote access.
- Install update and troubleshoot essential software and collaboration tools (e.g. Teams Zoom Microsoft 365.
- Ensure security protocols are followed including password resets MFA and data protection.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding including equipment setup and account management.
- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure addressing potential issues proactively.
- Maintain clear documentation for troubleshooting and common issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex IT issues and improve user experience.
- Provide training and support for IT systems and best practices.
Qualifications
- 2 years of IT support experience.
- National Diploma in a related field (e.g. IT Computer Science).
- Strong knowledge of hardware software and network troubleshooting.
- Experience with remote desktop support
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and cloudbased platforms line Microsoft Azure & office 365
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to support both inoffice and remote employees effectively.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
- A certification is an added advantage
