Job Description

Position Description Summary
Assist the Office of Academic Technology as a videographer implementing and executing all phases of video production (development preproduction production postproduction and distribution) to help meet the institutions video needs. Essential job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Implement and execute all phases of video production (development preproduction production postproduction and distribution) Provide excellent customer service Organize time and projects to help meet the institutions video needs Abide by all University policies Student positions are open to individuals enrolled in a minimum of 6 TRAD credits at UNW .

Required Qualifications
Required Experience: Experience on Macintosh computers Experience with video and audio recording and editing (Adobe Premiere Pro experience preferred) Basic understanding of photography principles (composition exposure lighting etc) Willingness to learn and perform a wide variety of tasks Must be dependable and able to manage and meet deadlines under minimal supervision Excellent customer service skills Understanding of and agreement with University of Northwesterns Declaration of Christian Community and Doctrinal Statement is essential Preferred Experience: Setting up and operating HD cameras and lighting kits
