Job Description
We are seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-weeks travel/contract assignment in Rochester New York. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
- Shift: 10 hour Nights
- Schedule: Saturday Sunday Monday & Tuesday 8:30pm-7:00am.
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2720 - $2880
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT scans and imaging procedures according to established protocols.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
- Prepare and position patients for CT scans and explain procedures to alleviate anxiety.
- Operate and adjust CT equipment to obtain high-resolution images.
- Administer contrast media following NYS Injection Certification guidelines.
- Recognize and respond to emergency situations and adverse reactions to contrast.
Requirements:
- Experience: Prior CT Technologist experience required. Minimum of 1-2 years of travel experience is required
- Licensure & Certification:
- NYS DOH Rad Tech Licensure (prior to start date)
- *NYS license with injection is required*
- ARRT certification (CT) is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Required

- Locals accepted - local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 50 miles.
