Job Description

We are seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-weeks travel/contract assignment in Rochester New York. Both local and traveler candidates are welcome to apply.
Job Details:
  • Shift: 10 hour Nights
  • Schedule: Saturday Sunday Monday & Tuesday 8:30pm-7:00am.
  • Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
  • Weekly Pay Rate: $2720 - $2880
Responsibilities:
  • Perform CT scans and imaging procedures according to established protocols.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining high-quality imaging standards.
  • Prepare and position patients for CT scans and explain procedures to alleviate anxiety.
  • Operate and adjust CT equipment to obtain high-resolution images.
  • Administer contrast media following NYS Injection Certification guidelines.
  • Recognize and respond to emergency situations and adverse reactions to contrast.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior CT Technologist experience required. Minimum of 1-2 years of travel experience is required
  • Licensure & Certification:
    • NYS DOH Rad Tech Licensure (prior to start date)
    • *NYS license with injection is required*
    • ARRT certification (CT) is required
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Required

  • Locals accepted - local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 50 miles.
