Ourpaid 12month year placement is designed to give you a real insight into theprofessional Property environment here at our inhouse Property department inBirmingham city centre. Well make sure your personalised programme caters toyour development needs and gives you as much exposure to each function in theProperty department as possible. But its also loads of fun along the way. Wewant you to enjoy your time with us just as much as the learnings youll getfrom it.

All sound exciting so far To be eligible to join our PropertyUndergraduate scheme

• Youll be on track to achieve at least a 2:1 degree and be able to show a review of your firstyear grades.
• Youll have achieved ABB grades at A level or above (or equivalent BTEC grades).
• Hold a full and valid UK drivers licence.
• Penultimate year undergraduate students from a RICS or CIOB approved Building Surveying Quantity Surveying or Construction Management degree highly desirable.
