Job Description
Opportunity
The Basement is creating a team of students interested in gaining professional experience on projectbased work in support of our agency clients. This is not an internship. We will engage the team with project opportunities throughout the year on an as needed basis. Please submit your resume and share examples of work or a portfolio supporting the areas defined below.
Content Creation
Capture and produce engaging highquality digital content for use across various platforms and formats including but not limited to social media blogs websites and paid media campaigns.
- Create compelling multimedia content (primarily videos and photography).
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in brainstorming and developing content ideas that align with brand goals and target audiences.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure content aligns with overall strategies.
- Stay uptodate with current trends in content creation and digital marketing.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content management systems.
- A passion for content creation storytelling and digital media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as a part of a team.
- Ability to adapt content to different formats and platforms.
- Willing and able to provide transportation and travel to locations as needed.
- Previous experience with content creation (internships personal projects or freelance work) is preferred but not required.
The Basement is offering hourly compensation commensurate with the selected candidates experience.
