FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESAnalyze MSP market identify and utilize WSA with support of more experienced colleagues to exceed and exceed monthly set targets for MSP revenue by means of new and existing business manage Key MSPs Development & Cash Cow MSP Accounts) its entirety agree MSP KPIs partner business and marketing plans which will include monthly and quarterly business newly acquired partners to increase ESET market share by selling the ESET Business solutions through ESETs MSP meetings effectively negotiating and to work closely with partners and their marketing teams to generate new MSP of any existing MSP partner accounts with a focus on cross and upsell initiativesGrowing your MSP portfolio with new fit for purposes MSP partnersBuild solid working business relationship with MSP partnersConstant communication with partners to update on product and marketing developmentsRespond to higher levels of product technical queries inditendentlyMaintain accurate new and existing business sales pipeline within the ESET CRM systemArrange and provide training for MSP partners on new products releases and systemsArrange and issue trials quotes web demos trainingNegotiating pricing and advising resellers on current promotional activityVarious administration activities in line with running an MSP sales deskAchieve monthly and annual revenue and KPIs and coordinate the work of colleagues in accordance with superiors instructions be responsible for the performance of the tasks entrusted to it in accordance with established procedures and processes and prioritize tasks of colleagues in order to meet established objectives and achieve required out other work according to the instructions of a managing employee in accordance with the activity of the department and the company.REQUIREMENTSEducation:Degree or equivalent is desirable preferably in IT or cyber related subjectGCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English( high school)Experience:Years of work experience: 4Knowledge:Good Understanding of MSP portfolio including RMM PSA & IntegrationsLanguage:English B2 Communication:N/AManagerial skills:N/APersonal characteristics:Fast thinking and adaptableGood selfmanagement time management and organizational skillsAbility to multitask whilst under pressureGood negotiation and presentation skillsBenefits
