As one of our team members you would be the guests Pizza muse inspiring them to try new topping combinations and guiding them down the line. We are currently seeking Shift Leaders who can maintain a positive and upbeat attitude to create lively fun guest interactions while leading your shift to success.
As a Shift Leader not only do we want you to show your own individuality but youll get to help guests showcase theirs as they create their own pizzas made from artisanal quality ingredients at a superfast speed. Our pizzas are then Fast Fired in our blazing hot oven and ready to eat in just 3 minutes.
Shift Leaders work in a fastpaced environment where your responsibilities may include:
Taking orders preparing and firing GREAT pizzas that are in line with company standards
Operating a pointofsale system and cash handling
Food preparation general cleaning stocking items and maintaining a clean make line
Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast courteous sincere and positive service
Take initiative and act as a role model to others.

Qualifications:
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours that may include mornings evenings weekends nights and/or holidays
Meet store operating policies and standards including providing guests with GREAT pizzas cash handling and store safety and security with or without reasonable accommodations
Six 6 months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
Prepare and coach the preparation of food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for Guests
At least six 6 months of experience delegating tasks to other Team Members and/or coordinating the tasks of two 2 or more Team Members
