Director of Client Solutions GZERO Media

GZERO Media is looking for a Director of Client Solutions tolead the firms business development strategy and marketing. You will workdirectly with the president and CEO and be a key leader in establishing andgrowing our sales and marketing platform.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven record in developingdriving and implementing effective online monetization strategies for digital publishersas well as experience working directly with executivelevel clients.
You will also collaborate closely with our content creatorsand marketing team to develop and satisfy client solutions as well as driveaudience growth and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing strategy across all GZERO Mediaplatforms. Responsible for client solutions and content publishing
- Create and sell innovative media solutions for blue chipadvertisers
- Support existing client relationships and identify and buildnew relationships to drive commercial growth.
- Identify partnerships and other opportunities to create newchannels of distribution and/or expand our audience reach
- Develop workflow process to coordinate between saleseditorial and marketing
- Work with our content creators to ensure proper fulfillmentand delivery
- Collaborate with our marketing team around content strategyand performance
- Maintain revenue pipeline and forecasting
- Implement a metricsbased system for monitoring performanceand reporting both internally and to clients
Success Metrics:
- Revenue growth from GZERO Media content and services
- Client satisfaction and retention
- Expansion of GZERO Media products and services
- Development of newpartnerships that expand our distribution and/or audience reach
Requirements
- 5 years in digital media sales or related experience
- Experience selling a wide variety of advertising formats
- Experience managing digital advertising campaigns
- Robust experience managing successful client relationships
- Ability to operate in startup environment juggle multipleresponsibilities simultaneously and work well with a diverse customer base
- Strong Interpersonal skills highly motivated entrepreneurialand strong orientation toward client relationships
- Background in news/current affairs media a plus
