Job Description
Intercity Technologyis looking for a keeneyed and proactive Security and Maintenance Officer to join our team. This hybrid role involves a mix of maintenance tasks and site security responsibilities. We offer a morning shift 6:30am 3:00pm)perfect for those who enjoy an early finish during the Spring and Summer months.
Key Responsibilities as ourSecurity and Maintenance Officer:
- Site Security:Maintain a proactive approach to site security ensuring the safety and security of the premises.
- Maintenance Tasks:Perform regular maintenance tasks and checks to ensure the smooth operation of the site.
- Opening the Site:Responsible for opening the site daily and occasionally working additional hours to meet business needs and cover absences.
Requirements:
- Relevant certifications in security and maintenance are desirable.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably within a security and maintenance environment.
- Proven ability to perform maintenance tasks and checks efficiently.
- Strong understanding of site security protocols and best practices.

- Proactive Mindset:Keen eye for detail and excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Independence and Teamwork:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
