Job Description
We are seeking an Estimator with experience in life science construction to join our team in Boston MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and life science project estimating proficiency in preconstruction services cost analysis and bidding and the ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of estimating experience in life science or commercial construction
- Expertise in cost estimating software and industrystandard tools
- Strong knowledge of local market pricing subcontractors and suppliers
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
