Required Skills:
- 8 years of handson experience in Information Technology projects with a focus on BI development and implementation.
- Proven track record in developing and organizing IT application departments aligned with organizational objectives.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with peers and senior leadership translating technical concepts into business terms.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with executivelevel stakeholders across multiple business units.
- Expertise in developing BI data models and reporting solutions that meet complex business requirements.
- Experience with enterpriselevel ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and their integration into BI solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy cuttingedge BI solutions using tools like PowerBI ensuring robust reporting capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to integrate BI systems with existing platforms and applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to maintain data accuracy and system reliability.
- Define and implement data models to transform raw data into actionable insights supporting business operations and decisionmaking.
- Lead the documentation of system requirements and operational processes to ensure comprehensive understanding and continuity.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to continually enhance BI capabilities and efficiency.
