Vacancy: LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR / SENIOR LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Guildford GU1
Salary: OTE 35k
Position: Permanent Full Time
An exciting opportunity for an experienced negotiator with experience in residential lettings to join an established multi faceted Independent Estate Agency based in the Guildford area.
The company are looking for an individual with the right attitude energy and enthusiasm and will consider a range of experience options and pay accordingly. The most important factor is how keen the individual is to be successful and be a winner.
Local knowledge would be helpful and you will need to have a full UK driving licence and your own car.
The Company: Our client is a forward thinking successful dynamic independent Sales and Lettings agency well known in the local area and with an expanding business portfolio.
Skills required for this Lettings / Senior Lettings Negotiator role will include:
- Previous residential lettings experience
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Guildford and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential and own car preferred
