Location: Whitstable CT5
Salary: OTE 35000 per annum
Position: Permanent Full-Time

We are looking for a talented Lettings Valuer / Instruction Winner to join a forward-thinking ambitious agency in Whitstable.
The ideal candidate will have estate agency experience and a flair for securing listings and instructions in a competitive market. If youre driven motivated and ready to thrive in a dynamic environment this role is for you.
What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Conducting property valuations for the lettings market
- Winning new instructions at the right price and fee
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Generating and converting valuation leads
- Promoting the agencys services and reputation in the local market
- Building relationships with landlords and potential clients
- Driving business growth and achieving performance targets
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven listing and instruction-winning experience
- Previous estate agency lettings experience is essential
- Excellent telephone and sales skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Intelligent quick-witted and adaptable
- Knowledge of the Whitstable area is advantageous
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle required
