About the role:
Reporting to our MidMarket Sales Manager the Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for helping us meet and exceed our new business acquisition targets. This is a highimpact frontline sales development role where youll be the first point of contact for potential clientsintroducing Agilitys offerings and creating qualified opportunities for our Account Executives to pursue.
Youll thrive in this role if you are a driven and persistent individual with a strong hunting mindset able to comfortably navigate through cold calls email outreach and research to connect with the right decisionmakers.
This is also an ideal opportunity for individuals who are passionate about a longterm career in tech sales. We actively invest in our BDRs through structured onboarding ongoing coaching and professional development to prepare them for promotion into fullcycle Account Executive roles.
What youll be doing:
Act as the first point of contact for potential new clients
Conduct highvolume outbound cold calls and email campaigns to prospects
Research qualify and manage leads using Salesforce and maintain disciplined pipeline activity
Understand client needs and pain points applying a consultative approach to position Agilitys solutions
Consistently exceed targets on dials emails meetings booked and opportunities generated
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to support opportunity conversion
Provide ongoing feedback to Sales Marketing and Product teams on outreach results and market learnings
What we need you to bring:
1 years of B2B outbound prospecting experience ideally in SaaS (new grads welcome to apply)
Comfort with highvolume cold calling and overcoming objections
Strong consultative sales aptitude
Passion for building a career in tech sales
Experience using CRM systems preferably Salesforce
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A proactive resilient and coachable mindset
Bachelors degree
