Position :Business Development Executive (Freshers US Staffing)
Office Timings: 7:00PMto4:00 AM (Night Shift)/(US EST
Location: Sector 06Noida
Open Position : 40
Mode of Interview : Face to face only
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses Good communication negotiation convincing and client servicing skills.
- Need to work in Coordination with the recruitment team .
- Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Must be confident Selfmotivated with a positive attitude.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for getting New Leads/ clients and maintaining Existing Clients for US IT Staffing
- Generate requirements from New Clients and Existing Clients.
- Understand the requirements and Clients need .
- Make timely submissions and provide all the Information to the Client which is required for making an end Client Submission.
