Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to join an international services team. If youre passionate about client acquisition relationship-building and driving growth on a global scale this role is for you! Youll play a key part in expanding their client base both locally in Poland and across international markets.


Main challenges:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Contribute valuable market insights and strategy development.
  • Use project management tools to track client progress and ensure follow-up.
