Job Description
DineAmic Hospitality is seekingRestaurant Serversfor Violi in Oak Brook IL. Servers ensure that our guests have an extraordinary dining experience by educating them on our menu offerings making personalized suggestions and offering authentic hospitality. Our ideal candidate will have stamina an outgoing personality attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
What You Will Do
- Nurture an excellent guest experience by interacting with guests in a personable and professional manner
- Guide guests experience by making food and beverage recommendations
- Become wellversed in our menu items in order to field questions and make suggestions with a personal touch that is unmatched
- Stay knowledgeable on all menu items including seasonal features menu deviations and/or 86ed items to provide the most uptodate information to guests
- Accurately record and communicate orders to bar and kitchen making note of any dietary needs food allergies or special requests; Keep kitchen team informed of guests meal progression to ensure orders are properly coursed to meet company standards
- Process orders and payments accurately and efficiently adhering to proper cash and credit card handling policies and procedures
- Develop an efficient work pace to deliver orders in a timely manner

- Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume
- Maintain and comply with state sanitation/health regulations
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management
What You Need to Have
- 3 years experience as a server in a fine dining and/or highvolume restaurant required
- Excellent working knowledge of different food preparation techniques and cuisines; Excellent working knowledge of wines cocktails and other beverages
- Knowledge of all local health department requirements for safe food handling and sanitation standards; Knowledge of responsible and legal alcoholic beverage service; Nonexpired Food Handlers and Basset Certification required
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- A passion for quality and respect for team members and guests
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including days nights weekends and holidays
- Ability to move bend lift carry push and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance; Stand or Walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift; Complete tasks that require repetitive motion
