Project Manager Restaurant Industry (Location: Midrand)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage endtoend projects including new store openings renovations and operational rollouts.
- Oversee project planning scheduling budgeting and resource allocation.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time within scope and on budget.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including operations marketing construction and IT.
- Engage and collaborate with franchisees suppliers landlords and internal departments.
- Ensure adherence to health safety and compliance standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address onsite issues in realtime.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality industry project management role.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations supply chain and regulatory compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
- A handson and solutionsdriven approach.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Midrand office.
- Own reliable vehicle required for site visits (petrol and tolls reimbursed).
