Delivery Hub Coordinator Restaurant Industry
Location: Midrand Competitive Salary
An established and growing restaurant brand is looking for a proactive and detailoriented Delivery Hub Coordinator to oversee all thirdparty delivery platform activity. This role also includes light social media support and offers a great opportunity to work closely with marketing and operations in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate restaurant listings across thirdparty delivery platforms such as Mr D Uber Eats and Yumbi.
- Ensure all menus pricing and promotions are accurately uploaded and maintained on all delivery platforms.
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving any issues or queries from delivery partners.
- Monitor performance metrics (e.g. order volumes delivery times ratings) to identify and implement improvements.
- Assist in scheduling social media content replying to customer queries and supporting promotional campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across delivery and digital platforms.
- Stay informed of platform updates features and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role within the restaurant retail or digital marketing space.
- Familiarity with delivery platforms (Mr D Uber Eats Yumbi) preferred.
- Strong communication organization and problemsolving skills.
- Techsavvy and comfortable navigating webbased systems and dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (e.g. Facebook Instagram).
- Ability to work from our Midrand office with some flexibility as needed.
