Job Description
Content Writing
The Content Writing role drafts product client engagement monthly newsletters webinar presentations and other advertising material for a variety of audiences to support campaigns collateral and other departmental needs. Working under minimal supervision this job is responsible for producing and editing specific written documentation that will be distributed across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Develops written and multimedia content (including white papers and product support pieces) that is clear and engaging for all target audiences.
- Collaborates with professionals in different functions including client service finance strategy and investment teams to ensure correctness of content and establish key objectives and themes.
- Proofreads articles and submits final drafts and layouts to production department for review.
- Possesses thorough knowledge of the organizations activities as well as broader industry trends to draft wellinformed communications.
- Recognizes and upholds the firms brand in all written communications.
- Builds strong relationships with marketing and communications counterparts as well as key internal stakeholders to ensure successful strategy alignment and distribution of content.
- Provides recommendations to management on messaging and communications formats to maintain clarity and accuracy of message.

Base Pay Range: $82000/yr. $95000/yr.Actual base salary may vary based upon but not limited to relevant experience time in role base salary of internal peers prior performance business sector and geographic location. In addition to base salary the competitive compensation package may include depending on the role participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example annual discretionary incentive programs nonannual sales incentive plans or other nonannual incentive plans).
