What you will do at Signaturit
- As a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist within the marketing team you will be responsible for planning executing and optimizing all marketing communications aimed at both leads and customers from first touch to conversion and retention.
- Your role will be key to delivering a seamless and personalized experience throughout the Lead & Customer Journey using automation tools like HubSpot and ensuring accurate tracking and performance analysis of all campaigns.
What we believe should contribute to your success in this context
- Design execute and optimize one-shot global (Spain and France) campaigns with the Demand Gen Team Lead.
- Design execute and optimize automated nurturing workflows across all stages of the funnel (prospects and customers).
- Proactively contribute to both the improvement and innovation of the customer and partner journey by identifying pain points and proposing new ideas based on insights and data.
- Manage and maintain the CRM (HubSpot): properties smart lists forms workflows and related assets.
- Ensure accurate lead tracking (UTMs sources conversions Linkedin Ads forms connection) and correct sync health integration with Salesforce.
- Identify campaign bottlenecks and propose data-driven improvements.
- Implement and manage A/B tests to optimize message performance and user engagement.
- Ensure database quality proper segmentation and up-to-date lead lifecycle stages.
- Analyze opportunities to better understand refine and validate our buyer persona(s).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs across all stages of the funnel.
- Build and continuously update dashboards for performance tracking and stakeholder visibility.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align campaign goals and lead quality feedback.
- Support CRM migration projects where needed (Salesforce experience is a plus).
What were looking for
- Previous experience in a similar role ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Solid knowledge of HubSpot or other CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Analytical mindset proactive attitude and result-oriented approach.
- Experience creating personalized and goal-oriented campaigns.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Salesforce and CRM migration projects is a strong plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required. French is a plus.
