Leisure Growth Manager - Fabulous Charitable Trust
Location: West London
Salary: Up to 42840
Are you a commercially driven leader with a passionfor social impact
Werelooking for a Leisure Growth Manager tolead commercial strategy across multiple leisure sites unlocking new incomestreams while keeping community focus at the heart of everything.
Youll beresults-driven and data-obsessedable to interpret P&Ls footfall andbehavioural data to identify high-impact opportunities. Youll partner closelywith Operations Managers and Marketing teams to ensure every site not only hitsbut exceeds its revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver a commercial growth plan across all leisure sites.
- Identify and implement pricing models and upsell strategies.
- Analyse performance data to inform decisions and highlight risks.
- Coach and challenge site teams to elevate their commercial performance.
- Launch and scale new revenue-generating initiatives.
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns that convert and deliver ROI.
- Manage and empower the Sales & Fitness Manager to drive standards.
What Youll Bring:
- Proven experience driving commercial growth across multiple sites or services.
- Expertise in data analytics P&L analysis and strategic planning.
- Strong leadership and influencing skills without micromanagement.
- Commercial mindset balanced with a commitment to accessibility and impact.
- Ability to think strategically and act decisively.
