Job Description

Mller Milk & Ingredients which aims to be Britains private label dairy leader and produces branded and private label fresh milk cream butter and ingredients products. It boasts a network of dairies and depots servicing customers throughout the country.
Mller Yogurt & Dessertswhich is the UKs leading yogurt manufacturer which aims to create millions more Mller moments for its consumers. It is responsible for major brands like Mller Corner Mllerlight Mller Bliss Mller Rice FRijj and Mller Kefir Smoothie and produces chilled desserts under licence from Mondelez International. It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated state of the art yogurt facility.

What Youll Do:
- Be a Partner:Collaborate with Site Directors to drive capital investments.
- Deliver Projects:Lead projects in capacity growth automation net zero site resilience and infrastructure.
- Shape the Future:Drive transformative change with a wellfunded 5year plan.
- Own the Process:Manage projects from concept to completion ensuring governance and efficiency.
- Health & Safety:Ensure projects adhere to health and safety standards and GMP.
- Flexible Leadership:Support our multisite network and drive continuous improvement.
What Were Looking For:
- Drivers licence is essential as travel across our UK sites will be expected
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical or Chemical) or relevant qualifications.
- Experience in project engineering within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Passion for dynamic fastpaced environments.
- Commitment to health safety and quality.
