Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for generating new leads building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving business growth. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a strong desire to succeed.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 13 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels such as cold calling networking events and online platforms
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Identify new market opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the competition
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals to pitch our products and services to potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Stay uptodate with industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of our offerings
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
