How you will contribute to EveryPays vision
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our Operations team!
What you will be doing:
- Serve as the goto expert for customers who need support and technical guidance with our innovative payment products and services
- Collaborate daily with a friendly skilled team that truly supports each other. We believe in teamwork knowledgesharing and growing together
- Monitor track and resolve customer inquiries and complaints with care and efficiencyyour impact matters
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers through various channels like phone and email providing timely and effective assistance
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using both your analytical thinking and your customerfirst mindset
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when neededbut you stay on top of the case until its fully resolved
- Enjoy a flexible shiftbased schedule including weekends and public holidays that supports both your work and personal life
What will you need to succeed:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required
- Fluency in Greek and English is a must
- Computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is preferred but not required
