Working Hours: Rotational shifts between:
Monday to Saturday: 09:00 a.m. 11:00 p.m.
Sunday: 10:00 a.m. 7:00 p.m.

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Sofia providing high-quality service to Slovak-speaking consumers of a premium global lifestyle and electronics brand. The role involves supporting customers with product-related inquiries order issues and account management in a regulated adult-only environment.

Respond to customer queries via phone chat and email regarding account issues product usage warranties and orders
Assist with identity verification age-restricted access and account updates
Provide device troubleshooting and user guidance in a clear friendly manner
Escalate complex technical or policy-related cases following internal procedures
Maintain accurate and timely records of interactions in internal systems (CRM)
Stay up to date with product changes service updates and compliance requirements
Work rotational shifts including weekends and evenings in accordance with schedule
Fluent in Slovak (C2) written and spoken
Good command of English (B2) used for training tools and internal communication
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Comfortable handling sensitive product and customer data with discretion
Prior experience in customer support retail or regulated environments is preferred
Tech-savvy and confident working with CRM tools and digital platforms
Flexible and team-oriented capable of working rotating shifts
Monthly Gross Salary: 3600 BGN
