Mini Car Rentals is a local familyowned car hire business based in Cairns Tropical North Queensland. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service quality vehicles and a seamless rental experience for both domestic and international visitors. As part of our growing team we are looking for a Japanesespeaking Car Rental Officer to help us deliver outstanding customer service.
About the Role:
As a Car Rental Officer (AllRounder) you will play a key role in assisting customers processing bookings and ensuring smooth daytoday operations. Youll be part of a young and vibrant team helping visitors make the most of their time in Cairns!

Requirements
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in Japanese & proficient in English
Permanent resident (no Working Holiday visa holders)
Full open car licence with driving experience
Strong customer service skills & a friendly professional attitude
Ability to work well in a team and independently
General computer skills for processing bookings & emails
Confident & selfmotivated with a cando approach
Physically fit and able to assist with vehicle handovers
Experience in the tourism industry is an advantage but not required
