Job Vacancy: AWS TypeScript Dev Team Lead
Location: Poland Krakw
Cooperation: Hybrid 3 days office 2 days remote
Contract: B2B FullTime
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management
- 4 years experience
- More than 10 years of extensive experience in the industry
- Lead and mentor a team of developers providing technical guidance and ensuring alignment with the companys vision and goals.
- Manage task allocation code reviews and ensure highquality code output.
- Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including product management to define and deliver software solutions.
- Technical Architecture & Development
- Architect and develop scalable cloud and IoT applications using TypeScript JavaScript implementing microservices/event based architectures.
- Design and implement AWS solutions with services such as Lambda API Gateway DynamoDB S3 and others using Cloud Native Components.
- Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitLab to ensure streamlined development and automated deployments.
- Understand Frontend tasks with Vue framework to delegate as team lead.
- Deploy infrastructure as code (IaC) on AWS with tools like CDK or CloudFormation.
- Agile & Process Optimization
- Drive and manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies ensuring a collaborative transparent and efficient workflow. We use Jira.
- Promote best practices in coding documentation testing and deployment to ensure high quality and reliability of the software.
- Strategic DecisionMaking
- Participate in highlevel architectural discussions and decisionmaking with senior leadership.
- Evaluate new technologies frameworks and tools to recommend the best solutions for longterm scalability and efficiency.
- Ensure security best practices and compliance in all IoT and cloudbased applications.
